The Mabalacat City Government has acquired netbooks, which will be used as educational equipment by public school teachers. City Administrator Rosano Paquia said the 1,193 brand new Lenovo laptop computers will be distributed and issued to the teachers during a simple ceremony at the City Hall Friday, March 9.
