DepEd’s guidelines help teachers plan lessons that meet the needs of their students, especially in the K to 12 curriculum. It equips young learners with essential 21st-century skills, fostering creative thinking, collaboration and communication.
The MATATAG Kindergarten Curriculum Guide focuses on important developmental areas like language, socio-emotional growth and values education. Children’s progress is monitored through continuous assessments, ensuring they are ready for the next level of learning.
Both the DLL and the Kindergarten Curriculum Framework play significant roles in shaping effective and holistic education for Filipino students, ensuring they are well-prepared for future learning stages.
