What is a Learning Activity Sheet (LAS)?
DepEd Learning Activity Sheets (LAS) are essential tools that enhance student learning particularly in modular and blended education. LAS follows a well-organized format for effective learning. Each sheet starts with an Introduction which explains the lesson’s relevance in a conversational tone making it easier for students to grasp. This is followed by the Learning Competency which highlights the specific skills students need to develop.
The Objectives outlines learning goals, divided into enabling learning objectives and terminal learning objectives. ELOs serve as foundational steps leading to the achievement of the TLO, ensuring progressive skill development. The Discussion part provides a clear and comprehensive explanation of the topic using examples to enhance understanding.
