These fields offer valuable contributions but applying them effectively requires a deep understanding of their core concepts and how they shape personal and cultural development. This thoughtful analysis helps teachers study teaching and learning in a clear, focused way ensuring that their efforts are grounded in solid knowledge. Teachers who understand how they learn and who work to deepen their understanding of how children think are better equipped to support all students. Developing teachers’ knowledge of children’s thinking is crucial to promoting inclusive teaching practices. By doing this, teachers can create an environment where every student feels supported and included.
