While acknowledging the significance of professional development to educators and other professionals, a group of teachers on Monday lamented the same should not pose additional burdens. The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Wednesday said it was exercising “maximum flexibility” on the license renewal under the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Act to make it more accessible and affordable to Filipino professionals.
