To help teachers find the resources they need to maximize their students’ learning potential by encouraging their intellectual, artistic, and affective participation, we have uploaded our compiled and easy to download GRADE 9 Learners Materials 1st – 4th Quarter | Learning Materials.

Development of Learning Materials Principles

Learners Materials should encourage mental, artistic, and affective participation that activates both left and right brain functions in order to optimize learning potential. According to this theory, resources that enable learners to learn the same lesson while experiencing various cognitive functions and states of awareness across a wide range of brain regions would maximize memory. Teaching resources shouldn’t rely too heavily on supervised practice. The purpose of this principle is to emphasize that it is still debatable whether or not acceptable practice activities are worthwhile. The claims that neural impulses is gained through training and that the most natural execution is gained through repetition.

The precision with which works are performed and competency appear to be unaffected by controlled practice over the long term. Many teachers and students still find controlled study exercises to be beneficial, and they continue to appear often in well-known course materials.

Possibilities for result evaluation should be included in the learning materials. Assessment that is more concerned with the usefulness of the result than just with the accuracy of the result might make the output worthwhile as an input. As a result, a learner who is able to accomplish a various learning goal will receive favorable feedback on the efficiency of lessons application for future learning outcomes.

The person who creates and design the learning materials must ensure that competency production exercises serve purposes other than activity drills. Designing, putting into practice, and assessing teaching materials are all steps in the process of developing learners’ resources. Writing performance objectives, developing objective criteria test items, developing a teaching approach, constructing and/or selecting teaching resources, designing and carrying out the formative assessment, rewriting the lessons, and carrying out the summative assessment are all elements of the development of the learners’ materials.
